Hall should be cut immediately. The salary hit is about 7.5 million in prorated bonus for the two remaining years left for yet another mistake in giving a big contract to a player who can't play. Hall got caught lying to the media in the locker room trying to avoid talking about the incident. He told them that he had a meeting set up with Goodell in NY tomorrow to discuss the incident and therefore could not talk about it. When informed that the league office was closed for the next two days he said that he had his agent trying to set up a meeting.
