quality start for Ramon.  It could have been alot worse.  Everything went his way tonight. Several great defensive plays, 2 or 3 close HRs that fell short, assist by Sori.

If we get more runs Frank will definitely send Ortiz back out there.

I love how they haven't shown any Nats/Pads highlights on baseball tonight yet (show started at 12:00).  The Pads are a first place team.  Surely if they were winning, they would have shown highlights.

That is quite the mood swing - a moment ago he was a total bum  :) ... 6 innings, 2 runs - a quality start indeed ...

He could have easily given up 5-6 runs tonight.  He got extremely lucky.
BTW, Nats/Pads highlights finally shown on BB tonight at 12:33.

haha good obso, but i think we feel relief b/c he's out of the game with minimal damage.  the bottom line: ortiz has been our most consistent pitcher this year.

Like I said, the mood swings are like a rollercoaster.

Micah comes in and gets the Friars 1-2-3.

Micah is great.  Ball didn't leave the infield.

Yes, there was definitely luck, there always is in baseball, but mostly it was great defense ... not as much luck involved in that ...

I think that ESPN is bitter because the Nats made them all look stupid with the "non-trade" ...
