oh god ... werth may miss tonight ... he's a game time decision (when he fouled the pitch off his foot last night).

If Werth can't play we'll see him, I'd guess.  Is he in DC?

Well if there's a bright side at least Bernadina won't get Floresed.

Looking at that lineup...gosh, this roster is one big clusterfreak.  How does Rizzo sleep at night, looking at what he's done?  >:(

Cora and Hairston WTF

Rizzo is to blame, too many bums, not enough quality Major Leaguers.

In fairness, we are doing pretty well considering most of our games have been played without our best player at the position with the biggest gap in WAR from starter to backup in all of MLB.  I find it hard to blame Rizzo for that team going 10-11 thus far... just saying.

Quality Major Leaguers cost too much.

Man, I hope the Nats beat up on the Metsies. The general theme of NY sports talk radio for the past 48 hours has been "after this series w/ Washington we are going to start playing some good teams".

I hate cocky, know-it-all NYers.

Joining us in the game thread, APBA? My guess is that you have TV coverage.

yes I will be around, there are times though, during the course of games that I get very aggravated because of bad decisions and horrible execution and I cant post at those times because some foul language may be used.

As for TV...yes, Mets feed only though. Even though I am 3+ hours away from NYC we are considered local and any other feeds are blacked out. Mets announcers are good though. Gary Cohen, Keith Hernandez and Ron Darling.

Pretty well if you consider losing to Capuano, Karstens and Maholm as "pretty well".

Lets be real. The Nats are doing awesome and the 25 guys we have on the roster aren't even our best 25 men. ( Balester, Kimball, Stammen, Detwiler, Harper, R Zim, HRod, to name a few)

You're not supposed to be a pitch-to-contact pitcher Jordan and that was WAY too much contact!
