Anyone else hear about the usher who got hit by the ball last night? Larry works the first base side, usually at the top of the section but they had him down by the field last night and he got nailed. He got hit so hard in the chest that they had to hook him up to an EKG to check his heart, word as of the ninth inning was that he was going to be OK. Scary stuff for those guys who work down there and can't pay attention to the game 100% of the time.
Just seeing this old post, I know Larry and his mom who also ushers the area, will see if I can find anything out.
