If I can focus enough to actually get some work done, I'm going to do the CCT Bethesda fandango this afternoon. Might need to drink Lake Michigan beforehand so as to not keel over.
And before anyone, other than folks with knee or hip replacements, says "I can't do it" - I'm doing 20-25 miles tonight after I hit the gym for 90 minutes of weight train and my current weight is 400lbs.
