I have no idea what direction Chief is going in, but it's still kind of funny.
Watch the movie "Major League" with Charlie Sheen. Look for the All State Insurance commercial guy...and you will understand. 
I figured it was a movie or something I hadn't seen. It's a big weakness in my cultural repertoire, my lack of movie depth.
