Rick Eckstein needs to go. How many times do we screw up situations like that by swinging at the first pitch? All the pressure is on them and we let them off the hook. No one on this team knows how to be patient and work a count. They approach every at-bat like they are scared of striking out, which of course leads to strikeouts.
