Did anyone see that double play the Nats turned in the first inning?

I hate the fox announcers, they are better than the ESPN guys though who don't even call the game, they just talk about other stuff.

The game is listed as 7 pm on UPN-20, but Fox is airing it.  With Soriano at 93 RBIs, it sounds like Frank is trying to help him pad his stats, by FINALLY batting him 3rd instead of leadoff.  At 67-86, it's long past the point where Frank is actually trying to win.  The Fox pregame show was urging the Nationals to let Frank know if he's not returning, so he can be given a respectable sendoff before the season ends.

Hey, Maine is pitching a no-hitter for the Mets.  JINX!  JINX!

that ball obviously hit Kearnes...but the impartial Fox announcer said "It got more of the knob than anything..."  God what an a-hole.

Clue-in Fox announcer...it not a percentage of "how much" you get hit...it's whether you get hit at all.

Unfortunately for those of us in Chicago, all we get is the ChiSox/Mariners game, and the Nats game is STILL blacked out.

Man, Maine can't seem to find the zone.  2-0 to Schneider.

For the 2006 Nationals, as bases loaded walk and then leaving 3 on base is called "a rally."

Weird, this broadcast is widescreen on the digital channel, but it's not Hi Def.
