He missed a day. Which is about how long it takes for antibiotics to not make it contageous anymore. I'm sure it still hurts. I always had one day where it hurt to breath, and about twp to three days of diminishing pain after that. Never missed more than two days from school for it, though.

Not even remotely. Actually, it was one of the first diseases against which penicillin proved effective.

I don't know that he has been "politely" questioned, to be fair. But I figured Spinman can answer our questions pretty quickly by just asking Colin... don't want to make a big deal out of it.
