The Song of the Nasty Nats
« Topic Start: June 11, 2012, 05:29:46 PM »
Oh this is the song
of the Nasty Nats
Who swept the Sox
with brooms and bats

Oh Fenway groaned
and Fenway moaned
and Fenway cried..
those Nasty Nats!

[Note: please add verses. The original Nasty Nats was a song made up by Frank Howard in 1969. The book of that season never quotes the lyrics,  but says that after each win, Frank Howard, all 290 pounds of him, would lead his teammates in "a bawdy song" of the nasty Nats...adding variations for each team they beat.]

Would love to hear the bawdy lyrics. Any idea of the tune?
