So, the Silver Wig Appreciation Society Standings (SWASS) now stand at:
Scott Olsen - 2
Luis Atilano - 1
Adam Dunn - 1
Willie Harris - 1
Livan Hernandez - 1*
Craig Stammen - 1
Josh Willingham - 1
Ryan Zimmerman - 1**
Ian Desmond - 1***

* - Awarded wig but did not wear due to giant melon.
** - May or may not have been awarded the wig on 4/30.
*** - Ian Desmond was awarded wig but was unable to locate it.

it would be awesome if they tracked this stat on the scoreboard.

For his 5+ innings, one run, with runners on 2d and third performance?  He would have been worse than mediocre were it not for Batista.  I can't buy it.  Willingham was Player of the Game, but if you wanted to give an unsung guy a break, then Batista is more deserving, I/M/O.

Considering Chico was in AA two days ago, he could have been MUCH worse.

Yes, and we've seen worse. But the relief jobs by Batista and Capps I think were huge, while Chico was more adequate.

Dont let the Yankees see this. They'll steal the idea and claim it as their own.

awesome - if he builds on this game and becomes a solid RF, the sky is the limit for this team.
