the names up thread are RFD, Fado, and Old Dominion Brewing Co. Also, Cap City Brewery, which is on G and 11th, I think. Does Old Dominion have a brew pub in DC? Chop House would also be in the area, but it is South of the Verizon Center.

RFD is solid and Fado I used to go to a lot, but haven't in a while.
Again I love this place Grand Slam in Hyatt hotel (Metro Center); go there all the time before Nats games/Wizards/Caps/etc when taking the metro.
