tickets on stubhub right now are 51 and 59 dollars for games 3 and 4. that'll probably come out to $63. 21 dollars more than the cheapes this morning. that is hardly costing a fortune
List a ticket for sale and put the price at ~$5K, this will give you access to the actual sale prices, sellers on Stubhub ask for a lot but the true market gauge is the quality sold and the sale prices.
