All right Zimm, take this game in your hands. Strike out the side and swing the momentum.

A group of us could go out there and do what these guys are doing at the plate right now.

This offense is an embarrassment.   They are leaving JZim hanging again.

Wow this is horrific. Lucky as crap to win last night with 1 run.

People would have been nagging a fit at the offense if we lost last night.

But we didn't, so they didn't.  If they lose tonight by a score of 1-0, I'm sure there will be plenty of nagging.

I will have to say I feel much better with a one run lead with this pitching then ever before, but a one run deficit seems like it could be insurmountable :?

The Nats' bats are not keeping you on the edge of your seat?

Feeling like we're going to get to this guy. Maybe tonight's the night we give jz a 5 spot to play with.
Meh. I take it back. Tonight's the night we make somebody's Jason Bergman look like Jordan Zimmermann.  Again.

Now I realize what other teams' forums must have been like when Bergmann would have one of his few crazy good starts.

I do wonder, with his stuff, why JZ can't generate more K's.

Just saw this on Rangers/Red Sox game, Josh Hamilton's OBP is lower than his Avg.  0 BBs this year? Odd

I'm not worried about the Nats scoring some runs (probably in the minority with that one), unfortunately for Zimm it won't be until he is out of the game with 89 pitches.

JZ just looks resigned to the fact that he is going to lose.

He'll be lucky to win double digit games this year.

Can a few of these well paid players will themselves to not be an out?  This isn't Nolan Ryan or Bob Gibson they're going up against!  >:(

He's a pitch to contact pitcher at this point. Too many strikes, not enough swings and misses

That happened with Cristian Guzman a couple of years ago. It lasted for a few games.

Come on guys...just follow the sequence....just get on base and then get into scoring position then drive one home!
