Shut up, craphead. Not like your lover did anything to change the outcome.
Dukes played a fine game and deserves the CF job.

This loss is on the pitchers and several unclutch ABs by the hitters.

Adam Dunn's AB was definitely the highlight of the game for me. That was so damn fun to watch.

Well as much as we cant get any people in and our LOB goes up as much as last year

Still only looking at the positives we have left... We are scoring runs and getting walks, we just cant get important hits. It sucks. SUCKS

After Zimmermann gets called up, we need to have open tryouts for the order of the starting rotation. In other words, if Olsen and Cabrera wind up 4 & 5 in the rotation, so be it. Nobody in this rotation, except maybe Lannan, has earned the benefit of any doubt.

If Martis and Zimmermann are two of our three best pitchers, then so be it.

They can't really switch the order in the middle of April.

I don't blame this loss on any single one player. This team completely sucks. The offense is crap, the rotation is crap, the bullpen is crap.

Dukes, Milledge, it doesn't matter. Both are playing like crap. crap is crap.

And this posting has a lot of crap in it.

everyone on this team crumbles when it matters the most. choking bastards. :bang:

we just can't get the "big hit" like the Marlins have gotten countless times this series.

Dibble is convoluted. Cabrera was awful today you moron. I can't wait until Dibble boils over with anger and has a meltdown. I know it's coming.

Hey, I agree with you on something. We definitely don't have a clutch team yet. I can't wait until we do.

As I said, I'm happy this team didn't roll over.  Other than that 5th inning and leaving bags full twice (w/ 1 out), I was pretty pleased with the way we played today.  Derek Lowe is a tough challenge and I hope Martis brings his a-game.

Can we just bring up Jordan Zimmermann and let him start Saturday.  Seriously screw it.

winning 2 of 3 in Atlanta would be a relief. anything worse and we are toast (not that we already aren't). So much pressure on young Shairon Martis on Friday.

AMEN! Dukes had a great day. 2 walks, forced the clueless throw from Ross, scored a run, scorched a single in the 9th, eluded the tag which was a huge play, and played a FLAWLESS center field!

hopefully Manny wakes up and realizes Dukes is the answer in CF. he's superior to Milledge in every single aspect of the game.

yeah if it were the Marlins that were down 6-4 in the 9th with the bases loaded their hitter would have hit a grand slam.

Lowe's one of the best. Martis is going to have to pitch really well.

everybody is pressing.  players, coaches, fans.  our guys still have it in the back of their minds that we were owned by the marlins last year.  they know we lost 102 games last season.  they need to freaking relax and play to the best of their ability (which believe it or not, is better than this).

just win one game this weekend, if they get swept again, it'd be terrible.  and if that were to happen, you can expect to see 70-30% phillies-nats fans there.

p.s. phillies are 0-2 and down 2-0.

Pay attention Manny!
Failure to make timely changes leads to diaper rash.

Milledge just won a spot on the bench.  Dukes proved his worth today.  .750 OBP and can field.

don't mention facts like this when NOTLD is ranting about his current punching bag.

actually, I don't even think NOTLD dislikes Dukes at all. he just acts like he does to try and get a rise out of AZ.

I think you and I are two of the only people here any more who don't play favorites/haters, for the most part.  It's astounding how biased most people have become.

Acta is happy the way we are swinging the bats. Said Cabrera pitched a very good game for us. Belliard day-to-day with back problem.

Acta is not annoyed that the Nats can't come up with clutch hits. He says we are having good ABs even though the results are awful.

Says we just got outpitched by them.

basically the same old crap he has been spewing here for years.
