Well ... the pitcher is the only batter with RBI's tonight ... though ... in general he would be right ...besides Nook was safe

The objective there, I think, was just to get Redding to bat.  Nook bunting is a good idea, generally.

I never knew Reding could be such an overpowering pitcher. I always thought he was a finesse pitcher who the astros. He was definitely their weak link in the rotation.

Yeah ... he's struggling ... and he's not showing the patience that makes him so effective - I'd almost like to see him try and bunt for a hit or something just get things going ...

He's been better than solid. Is his contract up after this eason. I hope the Nats don't stop giving guys a start all over again once this season is over. I love seeing plpayin get a second chance  at their careers and being successful with it(Redding,Young)
