Was just a guy on Twitter that I trust a lot and is usually always right, not to say he hasn't been wrong before. However I've heard from other people more and more people are saying it now.
I don't usually consider this type of source legit, but guess we'll see. Rumors have swirled every time the Caps have hit a slump.
