Why did Manny bring him out for another inning instead of putting in Rivera or Beimel? :bang:

Manny does not know how to manage a bullpen. He's clueless.

And I've seen enough of Bard. Nothing spooks a pitcher more than a catcher that can't be trusted to hold onto the ball.

Wow, this game got out of hand quickly. We're gonna get blown out.

pure hell. our pitching has given up 38 runs this year in 6 games. 6.333 runs given up per game. impossible to win like that.

I'm sorry, but something is very wrong with this team. I don't know what it is, but we need to start all over. Manny just doesn't cut it. It's time for a new direction.

I don't think tomorrow will sell out. maybe 35K at most.

They will average maybe 19-20K on the season.

Stop it. You're going to make Phil Wood whine again.

yep. I don't know what it is either but there is something about this team that is so wrong and freaked up. they just don't know how to win. It's unexplainable but inexcusable.

Stan needs to promote Rizzo or get a new GM.  Then the GM needs to trade an OF and catcher and maybe a prospect to get a 6th starter.  I am extremely nervous about ruining Martis and Z'mann this year.   There is a line you have to draw between 'trial by fire' and putting young kids in a no win situation.   Bonderman seemed to bounce back ok (initially) but i think he was an exception.  And, we need to let Ballester and Stammen continue to get starts in 'cuse.

Isn't that what we do? Get potential pitchers and burn them out because we don't develop them?

What does it say in Mr. Madison's sig? "You are what your record says you are."? I think that is it.

And it's true.

That's the problem, no one expects this team to win the world series, but there is no way we should be sitting at 0-6. We have a better team than that.
