Hopefully we're finally pulling the plug on Wily Mo.

The only way we pull the plug on Wily Mo, is if we pull the plug on Jim Bowden first.  I'd be utterly shocked if Wily Mo went anywhere.

casto needs to play 2nd.  he doesn't have the arm for third.
That would be pretty cool, actually. Zim-Guz-Casto-Boone is not a very bad infield at all. On paper.

But of course our outfield was a big improvement this year. On paper.

Gameday says it was at the warning track.

You might be right, but it's just a gut feeling. We've been seeing more of Langerhans and less of Pena of late. Maybe they're preparing to put Jimbo and Wily Mo on the same boat out of town. We can only hope.

for as badly as sportsfan rips on Sanches, his stats don't really look that bad at a glance.

Sanches is worse than Chris Booker. And that's saying A LOT.

like I said, his stats don't look half-bad though, considering the amount of venom you spit at him.

hmm. Even Sutton is getting ticked with the Nats' embarrassing, lackadaisical play. Let out the frustration, Don!

This Sanches guy sucks.  Manning looks good, but get rid of this bum.

It's disgusting. They should have lost last night too. If they did we would be 0-4 on the homestand against the Cards+Giants and 14 games under .500.

Also, sometimes relievers' numbers can be deceiving if they're allowing inherited runners to score. Not sure if that's the case with Sanches, but just sayin'. I was shocked when Manning entered last night's game with only a 4.50 ERA, because every time I see him pitch for us he gets blasted.

Hoskins asked the voluptuous Jessica Rabbit what she sees in Roger Rabbit (who after all, is a BLITHERING IDIOT.)  Answer: "He makes me laugh." (Just like the Nationals.)

Nashunals 1
Giants 9

yeah.  which is why eagleskins' comment about sanches and manning kinda puzzles me.  manning has gotten rocked much more than sanches has from what I have seen, so if sanches sucks then I don't see how manning "looks good".
