When I was in management, we'd often say that people will work down to your expectations. The same is true with your kids. Spring training (if we get what we need in the off season), Mr. Lerner ought to go to Viera and say, "Look, anything less than 85 or 90 wins is a failure. We're not gonna have anymore of this 70 wins is an improvement BS. I have high expectations for myself, my children, my business and the Nats my bank account. I expect nothing less from you as individuals."
