Lopez, you suck!  His approach is just awful.  Half the time, he goes up there and looks at pitch after pitch and strikes out and other times he swings at the first pitch and gets out.

Some base runners and score would be great!

Yeah, we need baserunners, then hopefully someone can drive them in.  We've got Escobar and Soriano up 2 and 3 in the inning, so its possible!

What were you thinking??  It's never possible the way this team is hitting against sub-par pitching.

A split series is never a bad thing for a sub-.500 team, especially against a team with a better record.

Hughes has a very live arm.  He just has no consistency whatsoever.

What the heck is wrong with us??  Renteria and Giles have beaten us today and they are bad hitters.

So you're saying you'd rather have Castro at second then Giles?  Renteria and Giles are NOT bad players.

This is the kind of Nationals game that we've seen far too much this season, especially offensively, the barely show up, just give me my check, so I can go back home, kind of Nationals offense.

No, Castro is a career minor leaguer and at best a bench player in the MLB.  Renteria and Giles swing at everything, you don't need to throw a strike to get them out.

Yep, the offense had a freaking terrible approach this afternoon which has often been the case.  It seems like they always play bad on the rubber games of series as well..

Everyone says our lineup is set for the future, but it is not.  I am not even close to being sold on Kearns and Lopez but I guess we are stuck with them.  Hopefully they will get better but I have been saying that since we got them and they still haven't gotten that much better.  We need a second basemen as well.
