Don't complain, or they might go away.

I think they wanted to ease Dukes back into the lineup before moving him to cleanup. But I suspect that's where he will end up by season's end.

No Chipper and McCann for Atlanta. Niceeee.

Our lineup looks weak too but who knows.

If this post off the Braves board is any indication:

Then we are playing the worst team in baseball and should win.

The bottom of our lineup looks like a black hole of production (maybe except for Bonifacio).

I missed the game yesterday, unfortunately, can someone give me a quick overview of the important parts, maybe like the top 3 moments from the game or something.

Are you sure you didn't find that quote on this board, I could swear I have read something like that here.

since moving to the #8 hole, boni is hitting at least .400 (in 3 games, though).

Let's hope Jurrjens continues to struggle (doubtful).

He's had a really good season for Atlanta but he's been wearing down as of late.

Last 2 starts:
Aug 26 vs FLA: 3 IP 6 H 6 R 6 ER 1 HR 2 BB 1 K
Aug 20 @ NYM: 5 IP 6 H 6 R 4 ER 1 HR 3 BB 0 K

I'm too lazy to do a recap. I attached bb-r's box score which gives a paly-by-play at the bottom.

Thanks, I don't know why I didn't just think to watch the recap on MLB.com.  It looks like the game ended up being a good one, I thought they were done after Bergmann gave them all those doubles.

LETS COMPLETE THE SWEEP!

interesting lineup today, the Sunday lineups are always interesting.

Dukes batting clean-up, where he belongs. i'd still like to see Dukes get an opportunity to bat lead-off, he'd be an intriguing and lethal lead-off hitter.

Hmm, this sort of sunday lineup(decked with bench position players) really reminds me of the ole Fank Robinson Nats days. He used to pull this shyt on sundays too, and i hated it.

i actually agree with this. he probably would. but right now guzman/hernandez/bonifacio are good leadoff guys (boni not so much, he's doing well at the 8 hole) and dukes can be an outstanding #4 hitter.

glad to see milledge getting a well-deserved day off
