Why "Hawpa"?

I think it's a combination of the commercial and random people at the games recently have been saying it around action involving Harper.    Out of the blue, you'll hear "Hawpa".    Not loud or annoying (yet)  ...  like part of a conversation going on around you.    "Hawpa"

Sunshine Squad. As far as I can tell, rivals with the LoD (Legion of Doom). The SSS see the positive side of everything the Nats do, cheering even in the most hopeless circumstances, and the LoD always find something negative to discuss, even in the best of times.

SSS is a term I came up with when I was run down by the exceedingly cheerful disposition of a few of the more vocal members on WNFF. I think it came during a big losing streak... So I wasn't exactly thrilled with the sun will come up tomorrow rhetoric.

Can't say I haven't been there. I once thought Alberto Gonzalez was fit to be the Nats shortstop of the future.

I didn't know how they would fit both Gonzalez and Anderson Hernandez in the same infield while we still had Guzman.

And now look at you.  Sporting a fine, glowing SSS Avi proudly!

I liked to believe it stood for "Go 'n freak Urself" which is what we frequently say to both sides while we eat fried chicken and drink moonshine.  Plus we have Greedo's head and Chuck Norris.

Pretty much can be used interchangeably. We say "guild" the way Ochocinco says "Child, please"

Well, SS was already taken by, uh, let's say a less cheerful group.

I'm with G'burg on this one.  SsS matches LoD. GoINFU also has the single lower case letter.  Symmetry.

That way, we could still say SSS for small sample size.

The other day Kristina was wearing an elaborate and rather concealing dress. To make fun of the Kult of Kristina a bit, I decided to call it a mumu and fake flipping out about it. MUMU FEVER!
