wow.  a half an hour without a comment, only 4 members on and 7 guests?

Bats need to show up big for the rest of the series, take some of the pressure off of the pitching.

How's that? :P

I'm thinking someone should have used some prophylactic measures when they were passing around champagne bottles celebrating.  If Akra gets strep, then you'll really start wondering . . .

i'd bet he will, but i hope we don't have that conversation.  Maybe Burnett gets "hurt" and we activate Strasburg? :couch:

Put Burnett on the DL and call up Lannan. Lannan will do work

Cardinals destroy LHP.

So not sure Lannan is the answer.

Unfortunately all three choices are LHP.

After seeing Jackson get blown up in the playoffs last year, most cardinal fans are pumped for this game.

Good luck guys. Think we'll be seeing the cards and nats in battling it out in the playoffs for many years. Go Cards.

I started to go with a post about where Akra had strep....and eye black.....and then figured I would just get the whip
