But yes- remember that the sun will set over the left/3rd base side of the field. So if you are sitting on the 3rd base side you will get shade, 1st base side and back of the field (below the scoreboard, etc) get some awful sun, especially during day games. This doesn't matter so much during evening games when the sun has gone behind the seats but day games on the right side of the filed are killer in my opinion.

However 22X might be shaded by the overhang/roof thing but I don't know, I don't buy seats over there very often.

This is excellent information.  My kids are 7 and 9 and both wilt like flowers in the heat and direct sunlight.  Perhaps the 3rd base side is better - especially for the day game.
