Of all of the players available, this is one of the worst lineups Johnson could have put together.

I forgot Minor was left-handed. But that doesn't mean Espi should lead off and you should take one of your best hitters out of the lineup for a guy batting below the Mendoza line.

Gives him a credible bench bat, would be one reason. Also, really need to get Nady going if that is even possible. Without Tracy got to get more out of Nady.

I'm okay with this lineup, Morse's presence alone makes this team so much better and will probably make me forget Nady is starting.

I suppose it's not as bad when you actually look at it. I was mostly riled up because my first thought was that now that Morse was back DJ was gonna have Lombo riding the bench again. And I trust Lombo as a late inning pinch hitter over Nady or Bernie.

You need to use the entire roster, it's a long season. If you ride the same starting lineup game after game players break down, or simply wear down and can't perform at peak levels.

The time-honored strategy is to go to a nearby bar and wait out the delay. As soon as the tarp is rolled off the field, you head on over. Closest bars are in Barrack's Row. This is the strategy for me tonight since I suspect a late start, maybe 8:30 or 9.
