You've got to get this out, John.  It's the pitcher, for cripes sake!!!

Aren't the Nats the lowest drawing team (road) in all of baseball?

We can't hit his changeup for some reason.   If he was smart he would keep throwing it.

Did you guys know that Kearns had ZERO home runs in June?

4 this month, though.

7 IP, 6 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 9 K's. I think that means he will be back in the rotation next week.

Seriously did anyone hear Bob say that Lannan will have one more start and then head to the bullpen? Or maybe this is his last start.

Oh...and only 4 RBIs in June, too. Pretty bad month there. Take it away and he's had a pretty good season :).

I was going to mention this yesterday about breaking balls.  We don't seem to be able to hit them and I wonder how we practiced hitting them?  How does a teamful of batters practice hitting a particular pitch.

Yes it's true.  Lannan will have 1 more start after this one.  They don't want any of our young pitchers to throw more than 15% innings more than they did last year.
