I hated the onside kick call there. It didn't make much sense to risk handing Bama field position in a game like this when you have momentum.

that's classic Miles, though. He's the coach everyone in the stands thinks they want their coach to be until they get a coach that actually makes those decisons. If that play works (and it should have), the momentum is very heavily on Bama's side.

There's a lot of truth in that.

I love the random onside kick, but not when you have momentum in a low scoring game like that.

Crushing loss for LSU. The blockhead penalty cost them at least 3 points in the first half and it came back to haunt them. That plus bad coaching cost them big.
