Does Gary Carter work for the Nats?

I don't think so, otherwise we may have heard from him or seen him during a game sooner.

I think he is a manager in the Mets minor league system.

I know tons of steeler fans and they have all been pretty much monochromatic.

Funny. Every Steeler fan I know (most of them from Pittsburgh) are somewhat objective. I don't know what team you root for (Redskins?), but every team has fans who think their players are the best.

AZ has a pattern of player he idolizes. I have no idea how RZ got in that mix because he sure doesn't fit the profile

Is Shawn still not allowed to swing?  He has struck out twice tonight looking on down the middle fastballs.

Hah, funny.  I'll take Marvin Harrison over any other reciever any day of the week.  Home run hitter?  Cold-blooded possesion reciever?  Try both.

we've got a baseball game to focus on, BUT it was spectacular to see Moss return to his Minnesota days. He was making the Jets secondary look foolish. Moss is my 2nd favorite player behind MV7.

Definitely.  Harrison is one of the greatest receivers of all time and I like the way he carries himself on and off the field.  I still think Chad is one of the top 5 receivers in the league now if not the best.

You sure do pick some winners to root for.

I'm guessing you didn't see what Randy did yesterday? 186 Yards and a TD where he burned 4 Jets defenders at 80% with a tight hammy. People think he fell of because he didn't do much in Oakland, that was only b/c they had NO QB and a horrible O-Line, and collectively a horrible offense. Now he's got one of the best throwing him the ball, he's gonna have a pro bowl season.

Chad is overrated because he disappears in big games. in the playoffs in 05 he was a joke and invisible but his mouth was as big as ever. ike taylor shut him down in the regular season meetings and chad had his "list" and never mentioned ike.

He's looked that way since his first pitch.  That's why we should have been taking pitches that first inning!!!

I'm a Redskins fan but I'm sure not every team's fans think the way I've observed steeler fans think of their players and I like I said I know tons of them. You can't live in this area and not know a rack of people from Pittsburgh. Plus my brother lives in Western PA so I know my share of steeler fans.

i saw the highlights, and 1. jets DBs aren't that special, i can't name anyone except Darelle Revis, a rookie nickel-back; 2. Tom Brady had all day to throw, if Moss couldn't get open then it would be a joke; 3. The Pats have so many weapons that they couldn't concentrate on Moss as if he was the main reciever. Teams double up on Marvin if they can and he still is the best. Moss could make a comeback, but it's only week 1.

I mean Moss is 6'4 with 4.3 speed, he's a SUPER FREAK! His tank is still Full, Brady to Moss > Peyton to Harrison.

You mean in the game where Palmer got knocked out because of a cheap shot at the start of the game?

186 Yards and a TD where he burned 4 Jets defenders at 80% with a tight hammy.

You don't really believe that do you?
