how did Guzman miss that tag??

Guzman had to strech to catch the ball, Schneider threw it to wide right of the bag

I feel so hopeless, I can just tell we're gonna get swept by the Astros, lose 2 of three to the Rockies get swept by the Phillies and the Mets and come home LAST in the NL EAST and that will be just it!!!

Okay, this is the test.  If we can't score here the season is over.

Alright.  Successful sac fly, but we NEED TO GET THIS EXTRA RUN.  There's one 1 out.

I cannot believe Palmeiro threw the ball in the stands.. What part of dumb is he... He knew full well it was Watson's first game.

Thank God Vinny at least scored the run.  3-1 Nats.

Hey, our offense is temporarily adequate.

Let's not get overconfident.  He might not have his best stuff today, Minute Maid Park is a home run park, and you should never underestimate the Nats' ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Wilson just struck out.  Ol' reliable.
