It shouldn't...it was announced before the game that there were only select stands that were selling $1 dogs/popcorn/etc

WRONG...this was promoted EXACTLY how you would set up a GOTCHA ripoff.  They put big $1 Monday graphics on TV over and over, to get people to attend.  All they said was that "certain restrictions apply", without telling you what those restrictions would be.  Only one time did I hear Bob Carpenter say that the $1 parking was only at one lot.  

If hot dogs are NOT $1 in the whole stadium, then this approaches false advertising, a completely dishonest ripoff. What was the Lerner's intention? Instead of using this as an opportunity to build a fan base, this kind of dishonesty is how to alienate fans, who vow never to return.
