JUst outta curiosity, becuz i know some teams put a cap on the number of innings they want a young pitcher to pitch especially in their first full season  as a starter.  I know Chicago used to do this with Woods and Prior.

Lannan has tha second most IP behind Redding i think. Any chance that his seasons gets cut short this season by tha Nats??

Unless he starts nearing 200 IP for the season, I doubt they will.

Just tuned in and saw him there, saw he had the error that led to the run.  Maybe it's already been discussed, I'm not going to go back through the thread and look but is there an explanation why he's there?  Has he ever played there before?  He doesn't look comfortable at all.

You think our day is bad?
Livo gave up 9 runs to the PADRES in 2 and 2/3rds

To think, the Rockies could have had Odalis or Redding.

The scales are beginning to tip on the Emilio/Rauch trade.

We all knew he would slump eventually. Let's see how he battles out of this.

why the f is Guz hitting the ball in the air. Man we look pathetic, even more pathetic than when we had the likes of Felipe and Lo Duca in the lineup.

Never said the scales were final. Just they were beginning to tip. Two or three hits and it can right itself again.

EDIT: Guzman earning every penny of that two year extension.
