ya know...when I was a kid in Little League, if you threw the bat: you were out.  Where the hell did these guys learn to bat?  Sheesh

Another 1-2-3 for Tony... (12 pitches - 38 total)

Come on Nats, give us baserunners!

Why is Tony Armas swinging at the first pitch, well out of the strikezone?

3 innings no hits.

There seem to be a lot of people in the stadium.
Will that be another 42.000 +?

Maybe it's better we don't score.  I'm sure the moment we do, Armas will collapse and give up a bucketload of runs.  Maybe we can just take a scoreless game into the bottom of the 9th and let Zimmerman jack another walkoff

Now that at-bat from Tony was dumb.

He can barely make contact, even on a good day.  Why swing at anything, especially the first pitch?

Make him throw three strikes, for goodness sake!  How much effort does it take to just stand there with the bat on you shoulder!!!

Did I mention yesterday that I hate that scrawny little punk Endy Chavez?

Armas gets WAY too distracted whenever there is a runner on.

Point in case:  Good job Tony.  Instead of just letting Chavez steal second and getting Beltran out, now they're both on for Delgado

A double play would seem to be in order here.
