Okay, currently being built, my mistake. You don't fix 20 years of mistakes in two seasons.

How long should it take?  I hope the LANDOVER FORESKINZ go 0-16 this season and every FORESKINZ fan sets themselves on fire.

With the churn rate of players in the nfl, the team should be improving by now, instead, the supposed coaching guru was a worse winning percentage than zorn

With what Shanahan had to do when here? About the amount of time it has now. This year is the last of the rebuild, or at least should be. Next year is when the depth pieces start to come in and the team really starts to get moving.

Gibbs fixed a fair amount when he was here, but naturally after he left, Cerrato took control again and ruined everything.

I hope they, at best, win no more than four games this year.

He still has worse winning percentages than his predecessors- most people call that regression

You all post a lot in the Capitals thread, so if you've been watching that team as long as you claim, you should know how long a rebuild takes. This isn't basketball where one player can turn you into a winner. Granted, RGIII is going to be a BIG addition assuming he pans out.

In the nfl- a rebuild should be bearing fruit by now- this isn't hockey with a minor league system.

True, but it's not like the Redskins only had a couple areas to fill. they built from the bottom up. Lines, linebackers, tight ends, running backs, wr's, etc, etc, etc. You can't do that all in one season nor two. The Redskins basically did everything backward, instead of going QB forward, QB was last to put in.

They did qb in year 1- he flopped and they lost draft picks in the process

Redskins traded their 3rd rounder to Buffalo essentially moving down two spots and picking up an extra 7th.

Buffalo scooped up a speed WR from NC St. Seems like a reach at that slot.

Skins select Josh Leribeus, G, SMU, 6'3", 312.

I think we could have gotten him in the 4th. Brandon Brooks probably would have been the better guard to get there.

Not a terrible pick, though.

It's Linty's originally since he lost a bet with BiL. Not sure why MDS is doing it though. Funny stuff though

At least they picked an OG and not some other random position.

No denying Shanahan made a mistake, but the thing is, he told McNabb what he did wrong in Philly and that he could work with him, he agreed and did the complete opposite when he came here. Continued to not listen and the rest of that crap. So Shanny took his word and McNabb flopped. At least he got rid of him right?

If you can't tell that's probably a bad thing.

I don't know if the Skins need a CB, but if they do, they should trade up right now to get Alfonzo Dennard.

They absolutely need a CB. I'd like for them to sever ties with Hall.
