Are they easing in Suzuki? Just wondering why they're not playing him today.

They're easing in the news towards Flores that he wont catch anymore.

Oh poor Flores. He's done well for us but he's really just cut out to be a backup, not a starting catcher.

I wonder if Suzuki will have just as many foul balls and pitches hit him as much as Flores has been hit this season.

It might not be the running.

I read a study that made me want to stand up at work. The first day, I could do it for two hours and my legs hurt like hell. It took a while to work up to four hours a day.

Standing on grass in cleats for four hours, sprinting occasionally, could be tougher than running for an hour and a half.

I read that about him being pulled last night. What I don't understand is even with a broken wrist he could have run , done the steps at the stadium and wind sprints to stay in shape. I don't get the excuse of  he hasn't gotten his "game legs" back.

Wow, Detwiler is tied for third with Strasburg with 5 shutout appearances for 5 or more innings. Both only behind Dempster and Johan Santana. That really surprises me.

There is something with the way our starters prepare for games because they rarely start out good.

That is a specific but pretty crazy stat. When Det is having a good day he is on fire.
