My problem with MASN is that they have no young talent for either team and the studios are old looking, especially in standard definition. Ben on air is a breath of fresh air to the broadcasts. Look at the O's crew, too. All older guys. The MASN nightly report. ALL older guys.

Young on-air talent would make the broadcasts, especially the pre-game shows and such, much more interesting. I love Johnny but I'd be happy with a solid younger host. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I just really don't like Phil Wood and the other dinosaurs he does his nightly show with.
+1.  I am happy with F.P. for this reason, but they have more progress to make.

Those are good observations.   I'm an older guy but MASN does employ some old farts  ....  and almost as windy.

Yea I like FP. He's been nice so far. I wish he'd get a little more excited, though. I loved Dibble's enthusiasm when we were winning, even if it was homerish. FP doesn't need to go that far, but I'd like to see him fired up sometimes.

Older guys have the experience that makes their opinions hold weight. But having a couple younger (maybe even just-retired players) anchors would be nice.

I think MASN's in-game production is very solid. There are hiccups obviously but there are lots of graphics, X-MO is awesome, usually it's a solid job. But their studio shows are very boring.

 The Shark has been great since getting called up.  Hopefully he can play like this all season.

Agreed. He's been a nice shot in the arm to the top of our order. Let's hope it continues.

Night and day from when he first came in the league.  He has really worked to improve his bunting over the years.

Hell yeah, this team sucks at hitting right now, but at least they are still hustling.
