wtf was that, Jason?? unfreaking believable... Such a stupid pitch. Let's throw it right on the inside corner where he likes it instead of throwing either fastballs away or breaking balls in the dirt.  Schneider has to take some of the blame

It's Schneider's fault too.. Sometimes his pitch calling leaves a lot to be desired.  I mean, why throw it right on the inner half of the plate to Ryan Howard, especially considering 1st base was open?  I'd throw him 4 breaking balls/outside fastballs and either he walks or gets himself out.

I'm not so quick to blame Schneider over those. I've noticed that it's become trendy to blame the catchers for the inefficiencies of the pitchers.

Truth. PPL forget all a catcher does is suggesst where tha pitch is. Tha pitcher gets tha final say on if he chooses to execute that pitch at that location. If Bergmann didn't like tha pitching location he could've shook it off and asked for another one. Roy Oswalt always does it to Ausmus

man Pena's pitch selection sucks.. Swings at way too many jamming pitches and pitches in the dirt.

Zimmerman.

Nah it gotta between Church or Pena. All their homerun are off of fastballs. Zims cans crush offspedd stuff, hanging sliders, and breaking balls

You said "most", not "more".  As a comparison, it's Pena.  He can REALLY swing that thing, and he's definitely more scary to pitchers.

4 Ks through 2 innings for Jason.. I bet he is so pissed about giving up that lame 2 out HR to Howard.  It was so avoidable..
