They didn't have beef back ribs at Safeway. I need to go back to the Teet; I had a full rack ruined when the power went out 
Browned them in a sauce pan, covered the bottom of a Pyrex dish in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, tossed them in the over for 45 minutes at 350. For that amount of effort, it was a nice payoff.
