Pretty sure that is a fake tramp stamp - I find it hard to believe that a major leaguer would have a tattoo of a dolphin jumping under a rainbow anywhere on his bady.
But, this weekend I saw a guy at the pool with a lower back tattoo. A tramp stamp on a guy? That's some weak sauce right there, isn't it?
