Llivan eats up innings and at this stage the Nationals need that type of pitcher

He is here just to feel a temporary need.

 :lmao:

Let me help you here.  It's "cop a feel", and "fill a need".

Please make a note of it.

OK tonight he got knocked out in the 4th, but check his starts with the Nationals and see if he goes deeper into games then the younger guys.  If you base your opinions on single games any player/pitcher would have a bad game and be cut the next day.  This is the first time for the Nats Livan hasn't gone at least 5 innings.  All I'm saying is having Livan throw the pitches at this stage makes a lot more sense then having a younger pitcher getting creamed by the Dodgers.

I've only seen Livan pitch twice and both times he sucked so that's what I'm basing my opinion on, that and I'm still bitter they cut Julian so I tend to be irritated with their pitchers.

It's tired to us, but to tourists visiting DC it's one more monument to check off the list.

The thing that I liked about Julian was that he could do the same thing I'm saying about Livan.  Julian would throw 3 innings and still be able to comeback the next day and pitch again.  the pitching has frustrated everyone this year.

Everytime Guzman swings at the first pitch, Riggleman should make him clean the clubhouse toilets.

Honestly, I decided it would be more fun to work than to watch this game. The Harris rundown convinced me. Fired up iTunes and I'm off and running.

These are the kind of games that make me hopeless about the future of this franchise.  :(
