These guys were special because they happened to be there.   There was no plan/practice.    However, most Americans probably don't know who they are.

Different kind of heroism, I'll grant that.  Beamer should still qualify.  We're talking about AMERICAN heroes.. The man saved the Capitol or White House From destruction.  His birthday should be celebrated.  It is a crying shame that every American doesn't know who he is
