Okay, for those of us who are feeling brave: We discussed what we were being, now its time to post the pics.

Myself, I was Hunter S. Thompson.  I shaved my head and everything.

This is Kim's crew.  That's Andrew as Ben10 (great job on a homemade costume, Kim), Juliana as Casper and Elisa as the  Hollywood Starlet - which is seemingly her destiny.

Thank you soooo much,  Mike!!  I wish you all could have heard/seen Elisa at the Old Town Fairfax Festivities!!  The George Mason Univ. kids made a "Haunted Garden" next to Old Town Hall.  They did a great job as creep half dead zombies!  Elisa just came running screaming to me, "MOMMY!!!  There was a girl there with GLOWING GREEN EYES!!  FOR REAL!!!!!!  AND there was a DEAD GUY WHO WAS REALLY DEAAAAADDDDD!!!!!"  I just busted out laughing!  When we left she exclaimed, "I'm NOT going to PRAY for that DEAD GUY!!  He was reeeaaalllyy weirrrrdddd!!!!"

Businesses in Old Town Fairfax had candy and stuff for the kids, so we walked all over the place there.  They also had a big screen set up and were showing "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" which the kids all loved!!  We finished the light stopping at a few neighbor's homes and we all had a fantastic time.

What was Andrew dressed as? The little princes is very pretty but what happened to your other daughter? Oh and by the way kimnat, you have a ghost in your house that is showing up in your pictures

LOL!!!  Andrew is Ben10.  Cartoon Network character than can change into a host of different aliens to defeat the bad ones.  They've made the cartoon into a feature film that'll be out in a couple of weeks.  He's really stoked!  See pic.  For some reason I can attach that, but not my own pics!  Anyway.  Did you say I have a GgggGHOST????  WWWWHERE???

Funny you should say that!!!  We actually joked about doing that next year on the way home.  We figured that Juliana could be Scooby, Elisa - Daphne, Andrew wants to be Freddie, which leaves Dan as Shaggy and me as Thelma!!!
