Not really on either point. Byrd has been a guy who hired a trainer from BALCO so there has been rumors. It's like Pudge losing weight. It's got to be acknowledged as a point to be skeptical about. I like Byrd, have wanted him on either of my teams, but had lost track of his fall off since June. I can see why he was picked up, and I now see why he might have been avoided. As for fewer fans, depends on the bar, I guess. People still ask for the games to be on.
