I like PPF metrics myself, obviously they're not the end all be all. I think in today's pass happy NFL, I'd take a pass rusher over almost anything outside a ball hawking CB.
For what it's worth, they have Orakpo as the highest rated, with a +29 value. I don't watch every snap of every game so I'll take your word for it.
