Help with a Football Quote

Seeing we have loyal football fans on this board, I thought I might ask for help on this.

There is a quote I am in love with.  It is played as a soundbyte on FOX Sports Radio all the time but I have no idea who said it.  I don't think it was T.O. (it sounds like something he would say, though) so I was wondering if someone knew who the voice behind the quote is.  Apparently this player went into a press conference and said something to this extent:

"I want to thank my hands for being so great."

Freddie Mitchell was really awesome.  He was funny, and I loved his eccentric celebrations whenever he made a catch.
