This isn't about them being cheap, this is about a half billion dollar organization being run like the Hooterville Express. Now, if you were to say this is them being greedy for keeping the strip money there's really only two reasonable response to that - one, they're not being greedy, this is just them being incompetent like usual, or two, it was a 60 day CD.
