If you really believe DeJesus and Howard were on the same level that season, more power to you. Almost every stat is dependant on opportunity- notice the drop in Lannan's numbers this season
This is actually my entire point. If Howard had been in the same position as DeJesus was he would have only produced RBIs at the level of DeJesus. Yet he was clearly the superior player in terms of value back then. RBIs are not an accurate reflection of talent.
