Zimmerman has been disgusting lately.

Not true at all. He was "disgusting" two weeks ago. 9 for his last 22 coming in isn't too bad at all.

Kearns is just terrible.. 0/3 with 3 pop outs to CF tonight.  He has a huge uppercut swing which would lead you to believe that he hits for power but that is not the case.  His swing needs a big fixing

Wow, this game sucks.  I mean, no entertainment value whatsoever.

roflmao.. 6 IP 0 ER 7 Ks for Dave freaking Bush, the Brewers' worst starter.  Anyone who thinks this team is giving a full effort is badly mistaken.

I feel bad for Belliard. He goes from starting for the world series champs to playing meaningless games in July surrounded by bums.

If only our pitchers had to just get 2 outs instead of 3 we may have had a chance..

edit: 18,000+ in attendance tonight

D'Angelo Jimenez now 0/17 as a pinch hitter on the season.  Him being here makes zero sense.  He is playing the role as a pinch hitter but he sucks in that role.

Belliard homers and is now 4/4.. As AirZim would say, "Belliard > Nationals"  :worship:

QFT!

Last Play: R. Belliard homered to deep left

Belliard > Nationals. That statement has never more true than tonight! Belly is a beast with the bat!

Belliard is the best all around player on this team currently. The only player hitting better is Young, and his glove is terrible.

That is exactly why this team would be absolutely stupid not to trade these two guys.  Young and Belliard would both be tremendous help to a contending team and I'm sure we could get nice returns on both of them.  Although this team would suck even worse after trading our 2 best hitters, I would gladly take a few months of extreme suckiness in order to get some kick ass young players.

Young, yes. Belliard, no. If we trade him I will go on a rampage.

ho-hum, another hit for Dmitri.. Like I said, him and Ronnie's values are sky high right now.  The sooner we sell them the more we are going to get.

Alex Escobar went 1/3 with a double this afternoon for Harrisburg.

O'Connor pitched in the same game: 7 IP 4 H 2 R 2 ER 2 BB 3 SO (3.13 ERA on season in AA)

Justin Maxwell went 2/3 HR, 2 runs, RBI (batting .324) and Mike Daniel went 2/3 RBI (batting .326 in Potomac) in the P-nats game

omg.. Schneider is slow as ****. Batista now 4/25 as a pinch hitter.  Him and Jimenez have no place on this team, or any professional team for that matter.

Anyone watching the O's game on the other MASN as well? Guthrie is the ONLY player I'd take from them. I wonder how the Indians let that guy go.

I'd take him and Roberts.. Other than those two, I'll pass.  Langerhans is not a lead-off hitter, nor is he a Major League hitter.  Escobar can't come back soon enough

I don't care what anybody says about Sportsfan, he's got to have the highest game thread attendance of anyone on this board by far...

I'll admit even I haven't been able to bring myself to watch the last few nights :?

I would take Markakis.

Anyways, Belliard > Nationals goes 4 for 5. He is the man!

And a season-low Gameday attendance.  And based on the horrific attendance at the ballpark, that doesn't explain it.  That only leaves tonight's crappy game as the reason, and I don't blame anyone :(
