Price is a FA after 2015 right? I'm assuming this season his arb value jumps up to about 15 Mil for the season. If that is the case, and he continues to get paid even more, what is the sense of trading a bunch of prospects for Price if overall he may cost just a bit cheaper than a Grienke or Haren?
Eh 15 would be a lot for first time arbitration. I could see 10 though.
Price is younger than both of them. He's way better than Haren. He's better than Grienke. He is the best left handed pitcher in baseball.
