Brandon Marshall is now a Chicago Bear.

Bears traded two third round picks (this year and next year) to the Dolphins for Bears.

Man, I really wanted Peyton to go to the Dolphins.

Actually, this very well may be an attempt to woo Peyton. I heard that he wasn't to keen on playing with Marshall, so this could be an attempt to show him that they're serious about signing him.

Yeah. There's still the opportunity for him to go there with Reggie Wayne but I still think Peyton and Brandon Marshall would have been one of the best QB to WR combos.

come here, we have no wide receivers to go along with our our lack of other skill players- sounds like a winning pitch

Reggie Wayne has already said that he'd like to play in Miami and Dallas Clark probably follows Manning wherever he goes.

Doesn't he have issues with drops?

He's been known to drop passes. I'm hoping going into his 5th year things will change in that department. He has speed to stretch defenses though so that's a plus.

I agree about the speed. It's much needed. Might not be bad to have him on one side, Hankerson on the other and Moss in the slot. Hell, I'd love to see the Skins use Davis in the same manner the Colts used Clark.

Please let this mean Roy Williams is on his way back to Texas!

Buffalo is going to make Mario Williams a huge offer that would make him the highest paid defensive player in the NFL.

And because we're the Bills, we let Williams leave Buffalo without signing. :(

We were supposed to nab both Meachem and Williams, now we'll likely miss out on both. Sigh.

Don't worry- winning the offseason never ends well- just look at the skins

At least the Skins can attract FA's.

Unless you're drafted by Buffalo, you're never going to want to go there.

They operate under a cap... that doesn't make them cheap or not. They have a floor and ceiling by which they must abide.

Mario Williams' fiancee has joined him in Buffalo. Probably a good sign.

Patriots sign DE Jonathan Fanene for 3 years, essentially to replace Shaun Ellis.  Run stopper with some passrush potential

Also, this:
Quote
Also, the Pats have called about Redskins' safety LaRon Landry, a hard-hitter - when he's healthy. Landry, the sixth overall pick out of LSU in 2007, has played in just 15 games over the last two seasons.
